Settings & privacy
All settings are board-scoped — each board you enable Doc Flow+ on has its own workspace.
Where to open settings

General
- Default AI action — pre-selected in AI Review
- Default tone — for Rewrite (Clear, Professional, Friendly, Concise, Client-ready, etc.)
- Default write-back — ask before applying, copy only, or prefer comments
- Auto-save AI results — automatically create versions after AI runs
Enabled AI actions
Toggle which actions appear in the AI Review toolbar: Proofread, Rewrite, Summarize, Action items.
Summarize comments is a separate card-menu action and is not controlled by these toggles.
Disabled actions remain visible in AI Review but inactive until re-enabled in settings.
Privacy modes

| Store only summaries | Metadata and summaries where supported |
| Metadata only | Counts and file info — no body text |
Upload binaries are never stored; only extracted text (per mode) and metadata.

Account
Account in the dashboard sidebar shows:
- Usage counters (content-free) — AI actions, uploads, stored documents
- Trello connection status
- Link to Open full settings
Apps & Integrations
Shows connection status for Trello and the configured AI provider. Additional integrations (Google Drive, Slack) may appear as coming soon.
Use Trello Remove Personal Settings to purge server-side member data (GDPR).
