Who we are
Doc Flow+ (“we”, “us”) provides a Trello Power-Up for document review, AI-assisted editing, and version history.
What we collect
- Trello member, board, card, list, and workspace identifiers required to operate the Power-Up.
- Trello display names when Trello makes them available for account status and support.
- Encrypted Trello REST tokens when you authorize Doc Flow+ to read from or write to Trello.
- Workspace settings (tone, enabled actions, privacy mode, plan).
- Document metadata and content according to your privacy mode.
- Content-free usage metrics (counts, timestamps, status codes).
- Billing data processed by Stripe when you purchase a paid plan.
Privacy modes
- Store documents — retain extracted text and versions.
- Summaries only — retain metadata and summaries where implemented.
- Metadata only — retain hashes and counters without document text.
Logging and security
We avoid logging raw card text, uploads, prompts, or AI outputs in normal application logs. Trello tokens are encrypted at rest.
Trello personal data requests
Doc Flow+ supports Trello's personal data compliance polling and the Power-Up Remove Personal Settings flow. When Trello reports an account deletion, token revocation, or a member requests removal, we delete stored Trello tokens, member-owned documents, uploads, snippets, exports, and related AI action records where applicable.
Retention and deletion
Workspace privacy settings control how much document content is retained for new document versions. You can delete saved documents from Doc Flow+, and Trello members can remove personal Power-Up data from Trello's Power-Up settings.
